En UCIMED nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Agente de Soporte TI Objetivo del puesto Brindar soporte técnico oportuno y eficiente a los usuarios de la institución, garantizando la continuidad operativa de los servicios tecnológicos mediante la resolución de incidentes, atención de requerimientos y escalamiento adecuado, con un enfoque en calidad de servicio y mejora continua. Requisitos Estudiante universitario de la Carrera de Informática Conocimiento en fundamentos de sistemas operativos Windows en entornos cliente. Conocimientos básicos de Active Directory. Conocimientos en fundamentos de redes, incluyendo TCP/IP, DNS y conectividad. Manejo básico de herramientas de Microsoft 365, como Outlook y Teams. Instalación y configuración de software y hardware. Otros conocimientos Conceptos básicos de ciberseguridad y buenas prácticas en la gestión de incidentes. Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de tickets. Nociones de administración de endpoints (por ejemplo, Microsoft Intune u otros).
