Quality Manager, Crane Instrumentation & Sampling PFT Corp., Spartanburg, South Carolina. Play a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet highest standards of quality & reliability along with providing leadership, direction, & coaching to address quality concerns throughout the business; Overseeing, maintaining, & improving the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015; Developing & maintaining CPE Quality Strategy to include the minimum requirements of IATAF 16949 (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Process Capability, MSA) as appropriate for each Value Stream of the facility; Performing Return Materials Analysis & Non-Conforming Material Analysis; Promoting quality achievement & performance improvement. Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field & 5 yrs of experience in a quality management role Of the experience required, must have 5 yrs: applying quality standards & regulations aligned w/ ISO 9001 & AS9100; leading site-level quality improvement projects & cross-functional teams; working w/ quality management software, including indysoft & Microsoft tools; & applying lean manufacturing & process control implementation using FEMA, Control Plans, MSA & Process Capabilities. Must have obtained certification (i) as an ISO auditor, & (ii) at least a green belt in six sigma.
