Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, SAP und anderen HR-Informationssystemen. Gute Kenntnisse des lokalen Arbeits- und Steuerrechts sowie relevanter arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften, Betriebsvereinbarungen und Tarifverträge. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten. Fähigkeit, Vertraulichkeit zu wahren und auch unter Zeitdruck effektiv zu arbeiten. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
