The Role & Your Impact Lead clinical studies from design to final reporting. Manage CROs, KOLs, co-investigators, and research partners. Ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. Present results at conferences and contribute to publications. Collaborate with scientists, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. What You’ll Need to Be Successful MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or related field. 5+ years of clinical research experience. Strong clinical project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience with statistical analysis and scientific writing. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
