Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Distribution Sales - B2B Display role is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the B2B T1 sales segment for the Display Organization. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Role Responsibility: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit for assigned T1 distribution accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and internal teams. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Lead special projects aimed at driving sales performance and optimizing processes within the T1 distribution segment. Skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in sales management or a related role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

in the display or technology industry. Familiarity with T1 distribution channels and B2B sales strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
