You will be reliable and flexible to work shifts between 5:00am and 3:00pm, and will bring a strong team-focused work ethic. Computer skills are essential for using warehouse management systems (WMS), email, and spreadsheets, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment through strict adherence to safety procedures. It’s an exciting time to join as we prepare for our move to a brand new facility in Maddington, from January 2027. Conveniently located just off Tonkin Highway, this warehouse will be three times the size of our current site and fully temperature-controlled at 20°C year round providing a modern, comfortable, and efficient workplace. As Team Leader you will play a key role in supporting the smooth relocation and set-up of the new distribution centre, helping to set the team up for success from day one. Your Skills, Experience, and Attributes: Demonstrated Team Leader experience in a warehouse environment, with hands-on responsibility for coordinating daily operations, guiding a small team, and supporting performance outcomes, alongside strong inventory control experience. Certificate III in Warehousing and forklift licence (preferred). Experience with WMS software, scanners, and other logistics technologies, supported by solid computer skills. Sound understanding of WH&S requirements and commitment to safe work practices. A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example and is comfortable working alongside the team while coordinating activities. Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail. Customer-focused, ensuring all orders and enquiries are handled accurately and within established guidelines. Ability to manage tasks requiring sustained concentration, attention to detail, and computer-based work.
