In this role, you will contribute directly to ensuring stable, scalable, and forward-looking Workday integrations that support our global workforce. The Role & Your Impact As a Senior Application Specialist, you will act as a technical expert within Workday, primarily focusing on integrations and system setup from an IT perspective. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with global impact, supporting essential HR processes and cross-system integrations. Your key responsibilities include: Acting as the technical specialist for Workday, with a strong focus on integrations Designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations, with Workday Studio as a key tool Supporting integration work between Workday and enterprise applications such as Workforce Software and KMD Payroll Cloud Collaborating closely with HR (P&O), IT teams, integration specialists, and external vendors to ensure stable solutions and clear ownership Building knowledge of Workforce Software and related applications as responsibilities evolve Contributing to documentation, technical standards, and continuous improvement of Workday-related services What You’ll Need to Be Successful To succeed in this role, you bring strong technical expertise combined with a collaborative mindset: 5+ years of experience working with Workday integrations Proven hands-on experience with Workday Studio Solid understanding of Workday integration capabilities (e.g., APIs, RaaS reports, connectors)
