The Role & Your Impact As Senior Pricing Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global pricing excellence agenda across Novonesis. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will lead strategic pricing initiatives that directly influence growth, profitability, and commercial performance. Responsibilities

Include Lead strategic pricing initiatives that improve margin, price quality, and commercial performance. Solve complex pricing and commercial challenges using structured, consulting-style problem solving and analytics. Shape and execute the global pricing excellence roadmap, including capabilities, governance, frameworks, and tools. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, decisions, and execution. Translate complex insights into clear recommendations, executive communication, and practical guidance. Build pricing capabilities through workshops, coaching, and hands-on support to commercial teams. What You'll Need to Be Successful (Must-haves) Master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or similar analytical field. 5+ years of experience from management consulting, pricing consulting, commercial excellence, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or a similar environment characterized by rigorous analytical problem-solving and senior stakeholder engagement. Strong consulting-style toolkit including hypothesis-driven problem solving, business case development, executive communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and structured analytical thinking. Proven experience in pricing strategy, value-based pricing, or transformation in complex/global B2B environments. Strong strategic problem-solving skills and analytical toolbox (advanced Excel; Power BI or pricing software is a plus). Experience

A passion for solving complex business problems using a combination of analytical rigor, commercial insight, and pragmatic execution. Someone who thrives in ambiguity and brings new perspectives into the team. You combine the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders with a strong understanding of value chains, financial and commercial value drivers, and the ability to seamlessly move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, all while communicating fluently in English.
