The Role & Your Impact As a Data Science Student Assistant, you will support advanced analytics initiatives that help improve how we attract, develop, and retain talent. You will work alongside experienced data professionals, giving you a strong platform to learn and grow. In this role, you will: Support development of advanced analytics use cases (e.g., recruitment, DE&I, operating model) Work with data pipelines and datasets using Python and/or SQL Contribute to transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders Assist in reporting and tracking P&O KPIs for senior leadership Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on ongoing projects What You’ll Need to Be Successful Currently studying within Data Science, Analytics, or a related field Solid experience with Python and/or SQL for data manipulation Strong data awareness and structured problem-solving skills Proactive mindset with a positive and curious approach to learning Additional Skills & Interests We Value Interest in HR, People Analytics, or organizational data

Experience

with data visualization or reporting tools Familiarity with statistical or machine learning methods Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Interest in writing a thesis in collaboration with Novonesis
