Network Services Senior Analyst
Job description
What You'll Do You will develop and maintain secure network solutions to protect against cyber threats, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems: plan - document - implement - configure - debug - improve You will provide expert advice on network security strategies and solutions to cross functional project teams You will troubleshoot intermediate to advanced problems, escalating to upper level associates as appropriate You will monitor and analyze security events in real-time to detect and respond to threats. You will manage small to medium Networking projects within area of specialization. You will develop detailed designs, business cases, and communicate expert advice on network security strategies and solutions needed to support business critical systems and operations. You will lead problem resolution and documentation. What We're Looking For You must have a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or in lieu of degree 8 years of IT experience. You must have minimum of 3 years total of relevant Technical or Business work experience. You must have the ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must have the ability to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service to the business. Your SOC experience would be an asset. Your Security Certification would be an asset. You must have Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Strata Cloud, and Global Protect, Cisco Firewalls, Switches, and Wireless Your ITIL certification is an asset. You must be willing to travel. You must have the ability to understand the business needs and translate them in adequate IT solutions. You must have very good communication skills - speech adapted to the audience. You must be a good team player and able to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment. You must have good analytical & problem determination skills.
