Be the First to Apply Job Description ApprenticeEnsure smooth execution of Onboarding and Background Verification (BGV) processes, including transaction handling and administrative tasks, leveraging standard technologies and processes. Maintain employment data and records meticulously while generating relevant reports as needed. Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and align with defined turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards. Timely provision of data to stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters is also a key responsibility. • Perform the transactions and manage the administrative aspects and back-end support for Onboarding and BGV processes • Management of employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes • Provide related data and reports • Identify and implement process improvements based on experience and process objectives • Ensure process performance is in line with pre-defined TAT and Quality parameters Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.
