O Occupational Health Manager é responsável por liderar os programas de saúde ocupacional, garantindo conformidade regulatória e promovendo o bem-estar dos colaboradores em um ambiente industrial. Esta função supervisiona serviços médicos ocupacionais, exames e iniciativas preventivas, visando uma força de trabalho segura e produtiva. Atua em parceria com as áreas de Segurança, RH e stakeholders externos para gerenciar riscos, reduzir o absenteísmo e atender à legislação vigente. Exige forte liderança e conhecimento técnico para impulsionar resultados em saúde e desempenho organizacional. Promove uma cultura de prevenção por meio de programas de saúde, bem-estar e mitigação de riscos. Fortalece a colaboração entre Segurança, RH e entidades externas para melhorar os resultados de saúde. What You Will Do Gerenciar programas de saúde ocupacional, incluindo PCMSO, exames clínicos e complementares e vigilância médica. Liderar equipes médicas e de enfermagem, garantindo qualidade no atendimento, capacitação e conformidade. Realizar avaliações médicas ocupacionais e emitir atestados conforme exigências legais. Atuar em conjunto com Segurança do Trabalho na análise de riscos, acidentes e medidas preventivas. Gerenciar a relação com órgãos reguladores, sindicatos e auditorias médicas. Conduzir iniciativas de saúde como campanhas de vacinação, programas de qualidade de vida, gestão de absenteísmo e prevenção ao uso de álcool e drogas. What We’re Looking For Graduação em Medicina com CRM ativo e pós-graduação em Medicina do Trabalho com RQE. 10+ anos de experiência em saúde ocupacional em indústrias de transformação. Sólido conhecimento de legislação trabalhista, programas de saúde ocupacional e requisitos regulatórios.
