This position is ideal for someone who thrives in creating structure, connecting people and information, and building scalable, future-ready knowledge solutions in a dynamic international environment. Your tasks include Coordinate the curation of information within the global Knowledge Repository. Define and maintain curation processes, including success metrics. Collaborate with global subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content. Drive continuous improvement of knowledge articles and repository structure. Partner with IT (DBS) to ensure a robust and scalable technical solution. Maintain knowledge standards, quality, and prioritization aligned with business needs. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in molecular biology or related field (preferred) OR minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge management or a technical/scientific role. Experience with knowledge or content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence). Ability to design structured repositories and maintain metadata for efficient retrieval. Strong analytical skills to monitor usage, quality, and effectiveness. Familiarity with AI-driven knowledge tools and emerging automation/search technologies. Project management and stakeholder alignment skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity and establishing new processes.
