About the opportunity You will manage end‑to‑end tender and contract processes, supporting commercial teams across multiple regions with a strong focus on the French market. The role combines tender coordination, contract administration, and compliance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and policy‑aligned submissions. Working in a highly international environment, you will act as a key point of contact between Sales, Legal, and internal stakeholders, contributing directly to business growth and operational excellence. Your tasks include Monitor public and private calls for tenders across assigned regions, with a strong focus on France Inform and coordinate with Sales teams on new tender opportunities and follow up throughout the process Review tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements Coordinate the timely submission of compliant and high‑quality tender offers Manage the full lifecycle of tender‑related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and amendments Oversee document distribution, classification, and archiving in line with internal standards Maintain and update tender and contract data in Salesforce and handle related administrative issue Your profile Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, law or a related field Fluent French; additional language such as German is an asset Good working knowledge of English At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in tender, contract, or project coordination Experience in the medical, diagnostics, or biotechnology industry is an advantage Confident user of MS Office tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Structured, detail‑oriented approach with a solution‑focused and collaborative mindset What we offer Private medical care Group Life Insurance Multisport card Flexible benefits platform Language classes Pension Scheme (PPE) after 12 months Childcare subsidy Training and development programs Happy Monday (snacks provided) Attractive location (Sky Tower) Hybrid work (conditional to your role) Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
