HR Operations & Data Quality Specialist The HR Administration & Data Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient HR administrative support while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of employee data across HR systems. The role supports the employee lifecycle by managing HR documentation, employee records, benefits administration, and HR data, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and maintaining high-quality data for payroll, reporting, and business operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the employee onboarding process. Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, contract extensions, addenda, certificates, and civil contracts. Issue referrals for medical examinations and administer employee benefit programs. Prepare monthly payroll input related to employee benefits. Maintain accurate employee records by entering and updating data in HR systems (Workday and SAP). Ensure HR master data accuracy, consistency, and compliance, maintaining Workday as the single source of truth. Monitor data quality and manage data flows between HR, payroll, and reporting systems. Prepare HR documentation for external archiving and manage the HR mailbox. Support HR reporting, audits, and process improvements by ensuring reliable HR data and identifying opportunities to enhance administrative and data management processes.
