in event logistics, hospitality, or facility coordination. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work frequent evenings. Ability to work some weekends. Ability to work independently on professional projects without supervision. Ability to work collaboratively under multiple supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.

The incumbent is required to have a valid driver’s license if they need to travel to Williamsburg, VA for main campus events (a vehicle will be provided if needed.) Duties
60%- Recurring Event Management: Act as the primary lead for evening class meetings, standard student-led activities, and internal staff meetings. 15%- Space Reservations: Serve as the main point of contact for external or partner groups utilizing the facility; manage room bookings, access protocols, and orientations. 10%- Facility Readiness: Responsible for the physical setup of event spaces, including furniture configuration, supply stocking, and signage. 10%- Administrative Operations: Assist the Senior Coordinator with the shared master calendar, RSVP tracking, and logistics for signature events as assigned. 5%- Technical & AV Support: Provide immediate, on-site troubleshooting for hybrid meeting technology (Zoom/Teams) and classroom AV equipment.
