Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing). Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows for ERP configuration and development. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand current-state operations and define future-state processes. Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts. Assist in ERP system testing, including developing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and tracking issues. Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Provide post-implementation support and help drive user adoption through training and documentation. Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system reliability and performance. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency. Participate in CBS-driven kaizen activities and standard work adoption. Support continuous improvement projects and system upgrades. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles. Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), business processes, and data management. Proficient in Systems Development Life Cycle Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated time management skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel as needed across site locations EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
